“I have worked with Rob for over 20 years. As a former attorney (with over 25 years of legal experience) I have particular appreciation of Rob's skill and professionalism. He has supported my companies while I served as General Counsel or CEO, and has always delivered sound, valuable, and reasonably priced legal advice. I highly recommend him for any of your business' legal needs.”
“Rob has represented me and my various companies for almost 25 years now. His representation has included private investments, M&A transactions, company formations, negotiating commercial agreements and whatever other business matters which have come up along the way. Rob understands business, and my businesses in particular, is responsive, experienced and does so in a reasonable cost effective manner. Rob is always part of my team in any business transaction. You won’t get anyone better!”
“I have known Rob and worked with him for over 15 years. His practice brought a balance and perspective to our efforts by leaning in heavily during our start-up, legal actions, internal stockholder issues and ultimately through the sale of our closely held business. Rob brought seasoned legal help but also brought an unbelievable balance to business issues. His thought leadership allowed me to count him as a trusted and true MVP. His practical perspective, thoughtful insight, experience and responsiveness were invaluable. He treated me like a Fortune 50 CEO even when we had 5 employees.”
“Rob represented us from incorporation to our successful sale 16 years later. He essentially was our Chief Counsel for all legal matters including customer and vendor contracts, several acquisitions and internal stockholder issues. Rob is smart, dedicated and possesses the highest moral character and integrity. The best attorney with whom I’ve ever worked.”
“Rob has been my go-to legal resource and trusted advisor for more than 30 years. He has represented me in private investments, corporate transactions and M&A transactions, including purchasing businesses out of bankruptcy. He helped me from start-up to successful IPO in two different companies and everything in between. He is highly qualified, has exactly the type of experience I look for and his fees are reasonable. He gets my highest recommendation.”
