He has 30 years of experience in Business and Corporate Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law. Albert’s Business and Corporate Law practice includes substantial representation of professional service organizations and individual professionals, including numerous physician groups and individual physicians, as well as general representation and document review and drafting on behalf of closely held entities in all aspects of their business operations.
