Biography:
Albert joined Ellis Funk as a shareholder in 1992. He has 30 years of experience in Business and Corporate Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law.

Albert’s Business and Corporate Law practice includes substantial representation of professional service organizations and individual professionals, including numerous physician groups and individual physicians, as well as general representation and document review and drafting on behalf of closely held entities in all aspects of their business operations.

The Estate Planning and Probate practice includes preparation and drafting of Wills, Trusts, Financial Powers of Attorney and Advanced Directives for Health Care for clients whose situations cover a broad spectrum, from the simplest to some of the most sophisticated planning techniques.

Albert has served on the Board of Directors of Congregation Or Hadash, the Gift Committee for the Endowment Fund for The Epstein School and Friends of North Springs High School, Inc.
