Biography: Amy joined Ellis Funk, as a shareholder in 2005 when her former firm, Leitz, Fink & Kaye, LLC, combined with Ellis, Funk, Goldberg, Labovitz & Dokson, P.C. Amy has practiced law for 25 years. She began her law career in the area of Business and Corporate law, and has focused exclusively on Family Law matters for the last 18 years. Amy handles Family Law cases throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.
Amy’s practice covers all areas of Family Law including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, spousal support, equitable division of assets and liabilities, modification, marital agreements including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity actions, separation agreements, mediation and arbitration. Amy also serves as a Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem in custody matters, and has been a frequent speaker at family seminars. Amy is a member of the Charles L. Weltner Family Law Inn of Court, and has been named to Georgia "Super Lawyers" in the area of family law and named to the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers, and named to the list of Top Women Attorneys in Georgia.
